BBL, or BroadBand Light therapy, is a next-generation IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment that targets aging, sunspots, redness, and skin texture issues. BBL allows your clinician to treat age spots, small facial veins, and many other skin conditions.

BBL stimulates cells to regenerate, and typically with the first treatment you will start to see smoother, more even and vibrant skin. Because of BBL’s noninvasiveness, there is little to no downtime involved. Most patients can return to daily activities shortly after treatment. Minimal redness and puffiness may occur immediately following treatment into a few days after, but these after-effects can be easily masked with makeup if necessary.
Although individual results vary, most patients experience continued improvement in skin tone over the course of the next several days and weeks. Depending on your specific needs, we may recommend a series of treatments every 3 to 4 weeks for optimal results.

BBL Skin Rejuvenation

Using advanced technology, BBL harnesses the power of laser light BBL (intense pulse light) to stimulate genetic changes at the molecular level of older, aged skin cells to more closely resemble the genetics of younger, healthier skin cells.

One BBL treatment will normally take between 15 and 20 minutes.

The number of recommended peels depends on your individual needs. Most patients begin to see results after the first treatment. Typically, a series of 3 to 6 spaced about a month apart is recommended.

Peels reveal younger-looking skin and offer a non-invasive solution to the signs of aging, including fine lines, uneven skin tone, scarring sun damage, and hyperpigmentation.

Downtime depends on the type of chemical peel you receive. With a medium peel, you should expect a social down time (peeling and some redness) of 3 to10 days. Minimal sun exposure for 3 weeks after a peel is recommended.
