Medically Supervised Care
Elite Med Spa operates under direct medical supervision. Every injectable, laser, and energy-based treatment is performed by licensed, trained providers working within the scope of their credentials.
This matters because:
- Medical-grade treatments require medical-grade oversight. Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, PDO threads, and laser treatments are all classified as medical procedures by the FDA — not cosmetic services.
- Adverse reactions are rare, but they happen. When they do, you want a provider trained to recognize and respond to them — not a technician without medical training.
- Your medical history matters. Before any treatment, we review your health history, medications, allergies, and prior procedures to identify anything that could affect your results or safety.
Licensed, Trained Providers
Every Elite Med Spa provider holds active state licensure and has been individually trained on the specific devices and treatments they perform. This includes:
- State-licensed medical professionals for injectables and prescription treatments
- Certified laser technicians trained on each laser platform we use (Diolaze XL, Lumecca, BBL, Morpheus8)
- Licensed estheticians for facial treatments, chemical peels, and skincare services
- Ongoing education requirements — our team participates in continuing education to stay current with the latest techniques, technologies, and safety protocols
We do not allow untrained staff to perform medical aesthetic treatments. Period.
FDA-Cleared Technologies
Every device used at Elite Med Spa has received FDA clearance for its specific aesthetic application. This includes:
- Morpheus8 — FDA-cleared for subdermal adipose remodeling and skin treatment
- Diolaze XL — FDA-cleared for permanent hair reduction
- Lumecca IPL — FDA-cleared for treatment of pigmented and vascular lesions
- EvolveX — FDA-cleared for body contouring, skin remodeling, and muscle toning
- SkinPen — The first FDA-cleared microneedling device in the United States
- BBL (BroadBand Light) — FDA-cleared for treatment of benign pigmented and vascular lesions
- HydraFacial MD — FDA-cleared as a Class I medical device
We do not use unapproved, off-brand, or counterfeit equipment. Every device is purchased through authorized distributors and maintained per the manufacturer’s specifications.
FDA-Approved Injectables
We only use FDA-approved injectable products purchased directly from authorized U.S. distributors. This includes:
- Botox Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA)
- Dermal fillers from approved hyaluronic acid brands
- Kybella (deoxycholic acid)
- Sculptra Aesthetic (poly-L-lactic acid)
- PDO threads sourced from FDA-cleared manufacturers
We do not use:
- Counterfeit injectables
- Products imported from unauthorized sources
- Diluted or reconstituted products outside manufacturer guidelines
- Expired or improperly stored medications
Every vial is single-use, properly stored, and traceable to its lot number for full safety accountability.
Sterilization & Sanitation Protocols
Our clinical environment meets or exceeds industry-standard sanitation requirements:
- Single-use needles and disposables for every injection — no exceptions
- Treatment rooms cleaned and disinfected between every client using hospital-grade disinfectants
- Sterile technique maintained during all injectable procedures
- Sharps disposal through licensed medical waste contractors
- Hand hygiene and PPE protocols followed by all staff
- Regular equipment calibration and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
Pre-Treatment Consultations
Every new client receives a thorough consultation before any treatment. During your consultation, we:
- Review your complete medical history including current medications, allergies, prior procedures, and underlying conditions
- Discuss your goals and expectations to determine realistic, achievable outcomes
- Explain the treatment, risks, benefits, and alternatives so you can make a fully informed decision
- Obtain informed consent in writing before any procedure begins
- Recommend only treatments appropriate for you — and tell you honestly when a treatment isn’t the right fit
We never pressure clients into treatments. If a different approach (or no treatment at all) is best for your goals, we’ll tell you.
Patient Privacy & HIPAA Compliance
Your medical information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). At Elite Med Spa:
- Your medical records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff
- We never share your information for marketing without your explicit consent
- Before-and-after photos are only used publicly with your written permission
- You have the right to access, review, and request changes to your records
For full details, see our [Privacy Policy].
Emergency Preparedness
Although serious complications are rare with modern aesthetic treatments, we maintain protocols to handle them:
- Emergency response training for all clinical staff
- Hyaluronidase on-site for immediate reversal of hyaluronic acid filler complications
- Established relationships with local emergency medical facilities
- Documented adverse event protocols to ensure prompt, appropriate response
- 24-hour post-treatment support line for clients experiencing unexpected reactions
If you ever have concerns after a treatment, you can reach us anytime at 855-293-1033.
Realistic Expectations & Honest Recommendations
Safety isn’t just clinical — it’s also about honesty. We won’t:
- Promise results we can’t deliver
- Recommend treatments you don’t need
- Sell packages that exceed your goals
- Tell you a treatment is “completely risk-free” (no medical treatment is)
We will:
- Show you realistic before-and-after examples for your skin and goals
- Explain the full range of possible outcomes — best case, average case, and what could go wrong
- Recommend the most conservative effective treatment first
- Tell you when a treatment isn’t right for you
Your Rights as a Client
As an Elite Med Spa client, you have the right to:
- Receive clear, honest information about every treatment we offer
- Refuse or stop any treatment at any time, for any reason
- Ask questions before, during, and after your appointment
- Access your medical records upon request
- Provide feedback or file a complaint without affecting your future care
- Be treated with respect, dignity, and discretion regardless of your treatment goals
Questions? We’re Here.
If you have questions about our safety protocols, your candidacy for a specific treatment, or anything else, we welcome the conversation. Informed clients are safer clients — and we’d rather answer one hundred questions before treatment than have you wonder afterward.
